A blue vein without blue veins!!! A firm Gouda texture with a Havarti / Mild Cheddar flavour.
MINER'S DELIGHT
A Spanish Manchego style firm cheese with a Swiss style and mild cheddar flavour.
Cheddar Gold
A waxed handmade traditional cheddar cheese. Not released until it is at least six months old. This cheese is only made in small batches and sells out quickly. Next batch will be available in late 2009.
