A hand ladelled and cloth drained fresh goat cheese which has a creamy texture and citrus flavour.  Firm enough to slice but soft enought to spread.

Our handcrafted chevre marinated in Sunflower oil and Barfold Olives olive oil with local lemon slices and black peppercorns.

BALLARAT FETA

A firm goat milk feta.  Creamy but firm in texture, lightly salted with a fresh lemony tang.  Slice or crumble into a salad or cooking.
